Based in Australia, Cre8ion was founded in March 2008 by the energetic duo Theresa Famularo and Will Sheehan. Our company is producing and promoting a wide range of theatrical and inspirational entertainment, engaging and developing great artists, and enabling audiences across Australia and abroad to experience imaginative, daring works of emotional depth. Cre8ion was born out of a shared desire to deliver unique entertainment and a range of professional producing services, which is a fusion of the founders varied careers in the top end commercial and musical theatre world, major events and professional subsidised theatre sector. Our logo encapsulates the infinite possibilities of the company's ability to deliver a variety of outstanding entertainment.

Producing and Promoting

Cre8ion seeks out a wide range of existing theatrical works across many genres including Circus, Comedy, Dance, Drama, Music and Physical Theatre. These works dare to be different, are sometimes courageous and always inspirational. They engage and transform audiences while being widely accessible and commercially viable.

Cre8ion acquires the exclusive rights to produce and promote these works across our extensive touring networks in Australia, Asia and/or Europe. We then enter into commercial arrangements with performance venues delivering one off events right through to full-scale national and international tours. Commercial arrangements are: Sell Off, Door Deal or Self Produced.

Cre8ion also seeks out similar works from the international arena for touring in our Asia Pacific region. We provide a suite of professional producing and promoting services to ensure successful access to touring networks across Australia and Asia.

In addition to touring existing works Cre8ion's long-term goal is to produce exciting new works in its own right and collaborate with some of the world's best theatrical artists.

Engage and Develop Artists

Our desire is to build enduring relationships with the Australian and International entertainment and event industries. As such, we seek out the best theatrical talent who create works of great imagination. We also believe that at the core of every great work there is a great script.

The best of these works should have the opportunity to be seen by a much wider audience beyond their world premiere seasons. To achieve this Cre8ion will either acquire the exclusive rights to produce and promote these works across our extensive touring networks in Australia, Asia and Europe, and/ or take works into a creative development phase to build on the success of an initial production.

It is our vision to provide everyone with access to the performing arts by producing and promoting theatrical and inspirational entertainment in local, national and global arenas.

Events

Cre8ion provides Event Producing, Event Management, Art Direction and Creative Services for events large and small, where fine attention to detail and the delivery of a unique, sophisticated and professional event is essential.

Our motto is to deliver the event and then sprinkle with 'Magic Dust'.

Professional Association

Cre8ion is an active member of APACA (Australian Performing Arts Centres Association) and AAPPAC (Association of Asia Pacific Performing Arts Centres), which assists the company with maintaining an open dialogue with venues in Australia and Asia. We also regularly attend performing arts markets, festivals, conferences and industry events in Australia and around the world to further extend our networks. Cre8ion is also a member of LPA (Live Performance Australia) whose industry guidelines and code of practice for the live entertainment and performing arts industry underpin our professional approach to producing and touring.
